This package is for you if you are ready to prioritize your cyclical self care needs, gain some real traction with habit shifts, and receive nurturing 1:1 support in the process.

 Through 1:1 cyclical self care coaching, I provide:

  • Cyclical Living Consciousness. Whichever cycle you choose to focus on, I hold the perspective that living in harmony with nature’s cycles is a healing, regenerative, and sustainable path for wellness. I put great trust in the wisdom of the seasons, the sun, and the moon around us, as well as in your “inner ecology”, your own unique menstruality journey that has its own version of seasons. I will guide you to begin relating to yourself with compassion and dignity, as you develop more self awareness about your holistic health of body, mind, and spirit in relationship to the yearly seasonal wheel, the 24 hour sun cycle, the lunar cycle, or the menstrual cycle. From there, I will support you in creating self care habits that meet your needs for the phases within any of these cycles.

  • Guidance toward accessing your own intuition. I listen and ask a lot of questions more than giving you exact advice. While I can offer recommendations from Ayurveda & menstruality, I mostly want to guide you to listen to and trust your inner voice. I am here to make that voice more audible. 

  • A simple, realistic approach to making habit shifts toward cyclical living. We take it one step at a time, setting you up for doable progress and celebrating each of your personal wins along the way. By the end of each session, you will have identified 1-2 realistic steps you can commit to between sessions.

  • Accountability. I offer you accountability with the realistic steps you commit to each time we meet. Together, we assure that these gentle but potent actions are aligned with your true wellness desires for cyclical self care, which I honor as being of utmost importance. Between sessions, we will create a system of check in’s. Consider me your loving and firm (however much firmness you’d like) cheerleader!

Since our one on one meeting, I have really surrendered to my menstrual cycles and slowed waaay down and spent time breathing through the pain without taking ibuprofen. I have had 3 cycles so far and the first I was able to go the first day without taking any pain medication. The second one I was able to go a day and a half before taking any medication. And this last one, I had only a few small moments of intense pain, but no other crazy symptoms like cramping before the bleeding. I am absolutely astounded.
I just still can’t believe it. And I have not changed anything else.
